Orthopedic MRI and Musculoskeletal Radiologist
Dr. Martinez obtained his medical degree and residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Miami. Continuing on at the University of Miami he completed his training with a fellowship subspecializing in Nuclear Medicine as well as additional fellowship training in MRI and Interventional Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Radiology.
Dr Martinez became Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Miami where he instructed resident physicians in the fields of Musculoskeletal Radiology including Interventional Musculoskeletal procedures and spine biopsies.
After leaving the full time faculty position at the University of Miami, Dr. Martinez became part of a group that specializes in Orthopedic and Sports Imaging and enjoys the frequent opportunity to work with team physicians for collegiate and professional athletes.
